All of our puppies are sold on a restricted contract, meaning they are not to be bred from, or rehomed without notifying us, and must be spayed/neutered by 18 months old.

Our contract covers the following:

• Deposit, Payment of Purchase Price, Fees

• Health Guarantee

• Limitation of Guarantee

• Open Door Policy

• Vaccination Limitations

• Legal Provisions

• Bill of Sale

Spay/Neuter Contract includes:

• Pet/Companion vs Breeding rights

• Provide written proof of spay/neuter to Seller/Breeder on or before the date the puppy turns 18 months of age

We also have a contract for puppies purchased for the purpose of breeding.
